Lagardère Travel Retail is a global leader in the travel retail industry. As part of the Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion and Foodservice segments, the company manages a network of more than 5,000 stores operating at airports, train stations and other concession spaces in 42 countries and regions.

We have been operating in Poland since 1997. As part of our business, we have been expanding also in typical commercial locations, for instance with our outlets in shopping centres and retail parks (including convenience stores), in high streets as well as in office buildings and hospitals. Our company is founded on millions of customers, thousands of employees as well as our agents.

The Lagardère Travel Retail branch in Poland comprises nearly 1,000 diverse outlets under more than 40 brands, such as Inmedio, So Coffee, Relay, Aelia Duty Free, or 1Minute.

Our brands

The chain comprises several hundred outlets located at shopping centres throughout Poland. The outlets offer a wide selection of press and books as well as beverages, sweets, tobacco and nicotine products, toys and top-ups. At Inmedio, it is also possible to play Lotto and send parcels.

This brand belongs to the Inmedio group. In the TOP&POP version, the brand represents a modern concept of news-and-gifts stores. Their offer includes a wide selection of press and books, beverages, sweets, tobacco and nicotine products, and toys. Here, you can also play Lotto, send and receive parcels, or use the "Rehydration Station" to drink water for free. The stores also feature a self-service checkout.

A brand belonging to the Inmedio group. In addition to the standard offer originating from Inmedio (press, books, tobacco products, tickets, Lotto, courier deliveries), at INMEDIO TRENDY customers will also find a wide range of the best alcohols (spirits, wines, beers) and snacks. The concept is developed in street spaces – in the vicinity of housing estates and in retail malls.

This brand belongs to the Inmedio group, too. Stores under this banner respond to the needs of customers present in healthcare facilities. The outlets offer a wide range of coffees, as well as newspapers and magazines, fast food products prepared on the premises, dairy products, sweets, self-produced ice cream and other basic products.

This is the most powerful global brand in Travel Essentials, offering the best “one-stop shop” solutions. In travellers’ areas at hundreds of airports and train stations around the world, RELAY provides travel essentials such as, for instance, beverages, snacks, newspapers and magazines, books or tobacco and nicotine products.

HUBIZ, intended for people commuting to work, university or school; conveniently located on their daily route (mainly at underground stations), offers a well thought-out range of groceries and other basic products.

1MINUTE is a chain of convenience stores that combine a wide range of products (mainly groceries) with quick service. 1MINUTE stores are located in public areas such as office buildings, underground stations, airports, train stations, and streets. At the stores, customers can also buy tobacco and nicotine products, play Lotto and use courier services.

The concept originates from the 1MINUTE brand, but goes beyond the classic convenience store. Street food items (such as American hot dogs, pizza, chips and many more) play a central role here. Top quality products, take-away packaging and unique spatial architecture turn an on-the-go meal or snack into an enjoyable experience. The stores are located in high-traffic areas on the map of airports, train stations, and city centres.

PRZYSTANEK KAWA (ang. COFFEE STOP) is a concept that involves a piece of furniture or a separate area in stores that offers customers the opportunity to prepare their favourite coffee themselves. Additional advantages of the concept include an intuitive menu, easy-to-use coffee machine and card payment options. Przystanek Kawa can be found in stores such as 1Minute, Hubiz, Relay – and many others.

VIRGIN stores are multimedia showrooms at strategic locations, in particular at international airports. The stores, offering both shopping and entertainment products, sell small electronic items, a wide range of international titles (newspapers, magazines and books), toys, and sweets.

The DISCOVER stores form a global network of unique concepts based on local culture. Located mainly in long-distance travel hubs, such as international airports and train stations, the DISCOVER stores offer souvenirs, clothing, toys, food and alcohol, with an emphasis placed on local origin and top quality.

The PREMIUM FOOD GATE deli is a concept developed for airports, with the needs of passengers in mind. The concept aims to make the time spent in airports one of the stages of the journey – not just a stopover. The deli offers food products from local suppliers, including small family-run businesses. Under the motto “Opowiedz Polskę Smakiem” (Tales of Polish Taste), the store promotes local food culture.

THE WARSAW STORE is located in the duty-free zone at Warsaw Chopin Airport. It provides the largest selection of books, newspapers and magazines at the airport. This part of the offer is complemented by a wide range of local souvenirs, toys, accessories and, above all, diverse food products – sweet and salty snacks, beverages, and alcohols.

Concepts with the #VISIT prefix are an innovative way of combining commercial functions with social media trends. Located at the airports of Gdańsk and Rzeszów, the concepts provide background for taking a unique photo (in Kraków, for example, on Lajkonik) and offer local delicacies, toys and souvenirs.

CZYTAMWSZĘDZIE.PL (ang. IREADEVERYWHERE) is a space aimed at the promotion of the newest titles on the market – intended for those who are looking for entertainment. In terms of online activities, CZYTAMWSZĘDZIE.PL is a blog featuring regularly published articles and book reviews, while in stores such as Inmedio or Relay, the concept serves as navigation within the book category.

PAUL is a concept that involves a French bakery combined with a restaurant, located at the most important airports in Poland – in Warsaw and Gdańsk. PAUL offers classic French cuisine, including quiche, sandwiches, sweet pastries, coffee, and alcohol.

VOYAGE CAFÉ is located at the airports in Poznań and Szczecin. Passengers are offered breakfast and fast-food meals, as well as dumplings, pancakes, sandwiches, sweet and salty snacks, coffee, and beer.

JOHNNY ROCKETS is an international restaurant chain with over 30 years of experience. The menu consists of iconic flavours of American cuisine – locally prepared burgers, American fries, famous sandwiches, and shakes. Two restaurants of this brand are located at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The brand is managed on the franchise-based model.

FURORE! is a chain of ice cream shops located mainly in outlet stores and shopping centres. The range of products includes ice cream from the company's own factory and desserts based on such ice cream, as well as waffles baked on the premises, fruit juices, and smoothies. Self-produced ice cream is also available at So Coffee and Inmedio Café.

farszBAR is a place where guests can eat popular flour-based dishes (dumplings, pancakes and potato pancakes) and sandwiches, as well as have a cup of coffee or have a drink. The unique elements of the concept are the homemade recipes and casual atmosphere. The bar is located at the Chopin Airport – in the duty-free zone.

THE FLAME restaurants are located at Warsaw Chopin Airport and Gdańsk Airport. They serve breakfasts, international cuisine dishes (including hamburgers) and a wide range of drinks. The concept has been created for all travellers, with a special focus on the needs of business passengers.

BUSINESS SHARK is a concept combining a pub and a bistro, offering international dishes and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. You can find BUSINESS SHARK at the airports in Gdańsk and Szczecin.

BREAD&CO’s core offer consists of baked goods and everything that goes with them – sandwiches, cakes, sweet and savoury snacks. The offer is enriched by freshly brewed coffee as well as fresh fruit juice. BREAD&CO is located at Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk and (as a special-purpose cart unit) at Szczecin airport.

MISA is a restaurant which refers to Polish roots – in terms of its offer, décor and hospitality. The restaurant's menu consists of classic soups, traditional Polish dishes and sandwiches, coffee, and cakes. MISA is a concept created to meet the needs of airport customers. Currently, the restaurant is located at Warsaw Chopin Airport – in the public area.

It is a combination of a traditional Polish restaurant with quick service, a modern cafeteria concept (related to Polish “bar mleczny”) and classic international dishes, including burgers. The restaurant is located at Warsaw Chopin Airport, in the non-Schengen zone.

FLYING BISTRO is a brand developed for the airport environment, aimed at serving tasty meals at reasonable prices. The rich offer includes snacks, sandwiches, breakfast sets and lunch dishes, as well as coffee and alcohol.

IMPERIAL CLUB is a bar located in the Schengen zone at the Lech Wałęsa International Airport in Gdańsk. The bar offers a wide range of spirits, drinks, beer as well as sandwiches and savoury snacks.

The largest chain of healthy fast-food restaurants in Poland. The offer includes e.g. signature wraps, salads, bowls, vegan burgers, sandwiches, seasonal soups and fresh juice. In the case of airports, the offer is also extended to include coffee and a breakfast menu. We franchise two restaurants at airports – in Warsaw and in Gdańsk.

LOKAL +48 is a casual place to relax when travelling. It is located in the non-Schengen zone of Warsaw Chopin Airport. It will soon be available at other airports as well. LOKAL +48 offers drinks and shots based on Polish spirits. The concept is complemented by local snacks and an unconventional interior.

CHIEF'S is a quick-service restaurant offering tasty and wholesome meals. As it is located in Warsaw, in the vicinity of numerous offices, the menu changes on a daily basis. However, it always includes freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit juices.

A modern concept of duty-free stores. An impressive range of well-known local and international brands is enriched by products that are available only at the airport. AELIA DUTY FREE is a perfect place to have some little luxurious treat for yourself, e.g. buy attractive souvenirs or gifts for your loved family and friends or your business partners.

The store was created for customers who are not going to travel right now. AELIA BEAUTY offers elegant fragrances from top brands as well as skin care and make-up products from the most renowned manufacturers. It also has a wide range of Airport Exclusive products that are not available at popular perfume stores in the local market.

A nature-inspired store created for the enthusiasts of natural care. The store’s décor is dominated by wooden furniture and natural living plants. The product range includes Polish brands such as Purite, Alkmie, Phlov by Anna Lewandowska, and foreign brands, e.g. L'Occitane.

It is an invitation to the world of fashion collections designed by Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein. The store is located at Balice Airport in Kraków.

The stores, located at Balice Airport in Kraków and at Warsaw Chopin Airport, offer jewellery from brands such as Swarovski or Calvin Klein. Watch collectors will also find something for themselves here – the Tissot and Certina brands will take good care of that. Customers who focus on elegance can purchase eyewear made by Burberry, Prada, Chloé and Ray Ban.

The DROGERIA stores offer a selection of essential products for every trip. You can buy everyday basic products, make-up and personal hygiene products, skincare cosmetics from brands such as Ziaja, Yoskine, DAX, Dermika, Tołpa or Organic Shop, as well as snacks.

At TOYS STORE , we strive to recreate the world of limitless children’s joy. We offer the latest toy collections associated with favourite cartoon characters, as well as dolls, teddy bears, board games and a wide selection of LEGO sets. Both the youngest travellers and older children will be able to find something for themselves here.

In addition to traditional spirits, the Le CONNAISSEUR stores feature rare bottles from limited editions, whiskies and collector’s cognacs, as well as wines from very good vintages, including 1986. Our ambassadors offer expert advice and allow customers to discover exquisite flavours.

An iconic American brand, created for women, and with women in mind. The stores offer exclusive women’s lingerie, clothing, accessories, skin care cosmetics, beauty products and sensual fragrances, including mists and perfumes – perfect for any occasion. The brand’s boutiques are located at the airports in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdańsk.

This is a restaurant with a wide range of breakfast meals, lunch dishes, hot drinks, wines, beers, drinks, and other spirits. BEST FLY BAR stands out from the crowd due to the pizza prepared on the spot – in accordance with our original recipes and using original Italian ingredients. The restaurant is located at the Modlin Airport in the Schengen zone (on the mezzanine level).

A British coffee house chain with a history dating back to 1971. COSTA COFFEE is the only chain in the world to have its own coffee roasting plant, so the coffee preparation process is fully controlled – from obtaining beans and their composition, through the slow roasting procedure to the preparation of the coffee by baristas. COSTA COFFEE offers the highest quality coffee, a diverse menu and professional service. The cafés are located in the largest cities in Poland.

A café that serves authentic Italian coffee, located at the Warsaw Airport. The menu also includes delicious focaccias and savoury croissants, as well as a wide selection of alcohols. The brand is managed on the franchise-based model.

An American chain of quick-service restaurants offering fast food (mainly burgers, fries, and drinks). Under the franchise model, our company manages McDonald’s restaurants at the airports in Warsaw and in Gdańsk.

The FASHION GALLERY is a chain of exclusive fashion showrooms presenting the latest collections of well-known luxury brands. The offer is complemented by add-ons and accessories, such as jewellery, scarves, leather goods, and carefully selected fragrances. SO COFFEE is one of the largest nationwide chains of cafés. It provides a space for casual meetings with friends, spending time with family, or a quick coffee break. Besides coffee and other hot drinks, a significant part of the offer consists of cakes, sweet snacks, as well as sandwiches, tortillas, quiches, or fruit cocktails. SO COFFEE cafés are located in shopping centres, tourist spots and major airports throughout Poland.
