1. What does the onboarding process look like?

Each newly hired person undergoes a well-defined induction process, which consists of training (both online and on-site). During the initial several months, employees learn about the workplace, our systems, values and working principles. Each new employee is introduced to customer service standards and gains product knowledge. It is also the time when a new employee gets to know the team.

4. What training do beauty consultants have?

Beauty consultants have plenty of on-site, off-site and online training courses. Very often, the courses are organised by external brands. Importantly, the training does not end with the employee's induction period – training courses are organised throughout the employment.

5. Am I required required to speak a foreign language?

We work in an international environment at airports, so our employees communicate mainly in English. Do not worry if you know the language but do not use it on a daily basis. Working with us is a great opportunity to improve your language skills and start to communicate freely.

6. What are the development opportunities at the airport?

In addition to regular developmental training, our employees have the opportunity to be promoted to the position of a senior specialist, deputy manager, or manager. What is more, each employee has the opportunity to participate in internal recruitment processes at the company’s head office.

7. Do I need to have experience to submit a CV?

You do not need to have experience – we will teach you everything. Many of our employees have started their careers with us. Our induction paths are prepared for everyone – both the experienced and the inexperienced. Feel free to apply!

8. Does a dress code apply in the case of working at airport stores?

Yes. We provide special clothes in which you will feel both professional and comfortable. All workwear items are custom-made and delivered to us from France.

9. Is casual work possible?

Yes, mainly during the spring/summer season, we expand our teams at selected airports. We offer a flexible contract tailored to your needs.
